Classical Burmese Dance
Burmese classical dance is all about graceful, elegant movement that conveys the legends and stories of Burma through performance. The dancers may imitate the movement and appearance of birds, flowers, nats (deities in folk religion) or marionettes, sometimes even dancing simultaneously alongside the puppets mimicking their movements.
