Each item in the collection has its own histories of context, crafting, and use associated with it. The South Asia Collection is dedicated to recording, conserving and promoting the traditional arts and crafts of South and South East Asia and cares for over 10,000 items of architectural pieces, furniture, textiles, art, and crafts. Join us to also hear more about behind-the-scenes work, learn more about our collection, and discuss our research projects.
